Download and complete the Facility Use and Fee Statement and the Application for Use of Facility. Download rental agreement.
Forward Agreement And Payment
After you've fully completed and signed the rental agreement, forward that along with your deposit to Kappas of Charlotte and you're all set for a great event at a great facility. See mailing address.
