Brothers enjoying a social momentKeeping with the spirit of "balance", not only does the Fraternity promote personal achievement and the advancement of mankind, Kappas are known for creating superb social experiences and offering second-to-none hospitality. Our local chapter is no different. Over the past sixty or so years, we have continued this tradition of making sure if you're ever in the social presence of Kappas, you're sure to have a memorable time.

Our chapter currently sponsors the following social activities:

Monday Night Football At The Kastle

Join the brothers during football season for our annual "Monday Night Football At The Kastle". You can grab a full meal (for a small fee) and watch the Monday night football game with the brothers.

The "Original" Cufflinks & Cocktails

Cufflinks & Cocktails is the chapter's monthly cocktail social. Come out as some of Charlotte's finest gather for an evening of music, networking and cocktails in a different location each month.

CIAA Championship Chill

The chapter hosted the inaugural "CIAA Championship Chill", the official kickoff party for the CIAA's annual football championship game.

Championship Saturday Jazz Brunch

During the annual CIAA basketball championship tournament, we host an annual jazz brunch for both local residents and visiting guests. This brunch offers a superb menu and features a live jazz ensemble that makes for a great mid-morning experience.

Annual Christmas and Chapter Awards Gala

Each year, we host a festive Christmas party highlighted by the presentation of our annual chapter awards. Not only do we foster the holiday spirit, we also recognize the achievements of local brothers while family and friends are present.
